Coriolis Flow Measurement

SITRANS F C Coriolis mass flowmeters are suitable for measuring liquids and gases. The measurement is independent of changes in process conditions and due to this versatility the meter is easy to install and also recognized for its high accuracy in a wide turn down range.

Mass flowmeters provide the most accurate flow measurement today with highest accuracy and repeatability of only 0.1% of the flow and a rangeability from 100:1. Flowmeters based on this technology can measure density, volume flow, percent fraction and temperature. The advantages include a high degree of safety and reliability, a low pressure drop, no regular maintenance needed making the flowmeters user-friendly, a single tube design with only two welding points, CIP compatible, self-draining and made of corrosion resistant materials such as stainless steel or hastelloy.
